Every summer across the country Cobbers and friends gather for the annual Concordia tradition, the Cobber Corn Feed. Students, prospective students, alumni and friends of the college can meet at one of 31 Corn Feeds being held in 13 states across the country this summer. Cobber Corn Feeds dot the U.S. map from California to New York and from Florida to Washington state.
Concordia provides the corn, along with butter, salt and napkins at no charge. Some of the events request a potluck dish and some have food available for purchase. All require advance registration. The Cobber Corn Feed crew, a group of current students, travels to many of the Corn Feeds to help with preparation.
The first Corn Feed is in Bismarck, N.D., Friday, July 18. Check out the list of Corn Feed locations for one near you.
