Outreach and Consultation

Counseling Center staff offers presentations for classroom or student groups, upon request. Past topics have included:

• Stress Management
• The First-year Transition
• the Senior Transition
• Assertiveness
• Eating Disorders
• Date Rape
• Depression and Suicide
• Myers-Briggs Interpretation
• IQ Testing Issues
• Counseling Interview Basics

In addition, staff members are available for consultation with faculty and staff regarding student-related issues. If necessary, we can facilitate a connection for services at the Counseling Center or make a referral to other mental health professionals and agencies in the Fargo-Moorhead area.
